AutoAffiliator helps creators convert product links into affiliate links and track related clicks and earnings. We collect the minimum personal and usage data necessary to run the service, process subscriptions, operate the Chrome extension and mobile app, and show analytics. We do not sell personal data. We aim to be transparent: we show which links are eligible to earn money and which are not.

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID (a stable, anonymous identifier), your name (first sign-in only), and your email address (which may be a private relay address provided by Apple). We store your Apple User ID as the primary account identifier. We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. We do not track users across apps or websites, and we do not sell authentication data. If you choose to use Apple's private email relay, we respect that choice and never attempt to resolve your real email address. Relay email addresses are stored as-is and are never shared with third parties.
Examples: payment tokens managed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
Why: billing and subscription management. We use Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to process payments and their privacy and security controls apply.
Examples: app/extension usage events, pages scanned, links scanned, counts of clicks & conversions, feature usage, timestamps, device type, OS version, IP (for security & location inference), and performance metrics.
Why: measure, improve, and secure our service; build product analytics and troubleshoot errors.
Examples: product links you scan/paste, merchant domain (e.g., amazon.com), link conversion history, link status (active/paused), estimated earnings associated with a link.
Why: core product functionality — detect, convert, and report affiliate links and estimated earnings.
Examples: content you paste for scanning, content used by AI content generation (captions, descriptions), optional screenshots you upload.
Retention: we retain raw content only as long as needed to process it and provide the service. By default we retain raw content for up to 7 days unless you explicitly save it in your account.
Examples: the extension may request activeTab, scripting, and storage permissions; it scans the current page to detect outbound product links. The extension will not access data from domains you do not permit.

Affiliate disclosure: AutoAffiliator is a tool that generates affiliate links. When you share these links and someone makes a purchase, you may earn a commission. You are responsible for disclosing this relationship to your audience in accordance with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines. AutoAffiliator does not control or monitor your disclosure practices.

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or local minimum age). If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will take steps to delete the account. If you are a parent or guardian who believes your child created an account, contact us.
